Algeria visa application forms

 Original, signed passport. Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and 2 clean  pages.

2 x Photos recent passport size photographs to be affixed on each application form.

Please note BOTH of the above letters must be ORIGINALS.

A UK Business  Support letter. An original signed letter from the UK company-The business letter must outline the following points;

• Briefly introduce the applicant ; specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant

• State the nature of the business to be conducted ( business meetings, contractual negotiations, technical advice.)

• The names and addresses of Algerian companies to be visited

• Specify the Type and validity of the visa needed 

• Prove of sufficient funds for travel and accommodation.​

Letter of Invitation  from the host company in Algeria explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel and guaranteeing sufficient funds of the visitor. The letter needs to be addressed to the Consulate of Algeria, dated no more than 1 month old, should include an original signature

Please note BOTH of the above letters must be ORIGINALS.

Please note BOTH the Invitation letter and the UK letter must be written in FRENCH and must be the original signed document. 

 

 

Tourist

2 x Algeria visa application forms. For online orders, please download, print and sign 2 copies of Algeria visa application, included in your visa pack.

Original, signed passport. Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least two clear pages.

2 x Photos recent passport size photographs to be affixed on each application form.

Additional Documents for Children. For children under 18 a c birth certificate is required when applying for a visa.

​

Employment Letter. Copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, which must include  contact details, purpose and duration of the trip and confirmation that you will be returning to your current job.

( If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.)

Proof of accommodation. Or a copy of the accommodation certificate duly certified, with the name of the person inviting you, their relationship to you and the address where you will be staying during your visit to  Algeria or, when applicable, a confirmation of a hotel booking or an official invitation with itinerary from a travel agency based in Algeria.

Employment contract. The applicant must provide the original employment contract, including signatures from both parties 

Letter of Repatriation. A letter of repatriation issued by the Department of Labour of Algeria. 

Work Permit. A work permit issued by the Department of Labour of Algeria.

Proof of Status. Original ILR card or other proof of resident status in the UK, this should be valid for more than 6 months after your return from Algeria.

Appendix B. An original Appendix B/Note Verb ale certifying the purpose of travel from the relevant Government Agency/Embassy/Consulate/State Enterprise/International Organisation in the country of destination.

Bank Statement. Evidence of sufficient funds for accommodation during stay in Algeria.

Itinerary. A valid ticket for the country of final destination.
